Ticket Refund Schemes 2010

Here are the Refund Schemes in place for the 2010 season.

REFUND SCHEME – npower TEST MATCH
England v Bangladesh, 4-8 June 2010
If play is restricted or does not take place at the ground on the day for which your ticket is valid, you may claim a refund of only the match ticket value subject to there being: (a) no play because the match has been completed - a full refund; (b) 10 overs or less because of adverse weather conditions or completion of the match - a full refund; (c) 10.1 overs to 24.5 overs because of adverse weather conditions or completion of the match - a 50% refund.  In no other circumstances can money be refunded. 

Claims for refunds will be paid by cheque.  Claims are subject to a £1.00 administration charge per application which will be deducted from your cheque; therefore do not send any payment with your application. 

To claim your refund simply send your ticket, with the name of the payee, address and full postcode in block capitals, to A R D Response, Dept P002, PO Box 15, Earl Shilton, Leicester LE9 8WA within 28 days of the Match date.  There is no need to include an envelope.  Please allow 30 days from receipt of claim for us to process your refund.  For refund queries call 01455 852514 (9 to 5 Mon to Fri).  Also visit www.ecb.co.uk/refundscheme.  For any other queries please contact the Old Trafford Ticket Office on 0161 282 4040.  Please note this refund policy does not apply to day 5 of Test Matches.

REFUND SCHEME – NATWEST ONE-DAY INTERNATIONAL
England v Australia, 27 June 2010
If play is restricted or does not take place at the ground on the day for which your ticket is valid, you may claim a refund of the match ticket value subject to there being: (a) 10 overs or less because of adverse weather conditions and no result is obtained - a full refund; (b) 10.1 overs to 24.5 overs because of adverse weather conditions and no result is obtained - a 50% refund.  In no other circumstances can money be refunded. 

Claims for refunds will be paid by cheque.  Claims are subject to a £1.00 administration charge per application which will be deducted from your cheque; therefore do not send any payment with your application.

LANCASHIRE HOME MATCHES - LV= County Championship & Clydesdale Bank 40
If play does not take place at the ground on the day for which your ticket is valid, you may claim a further ticket that will admit you to another day's play later in the 2010 season (excluding Friends Provident t20 matches and Clydesdale Bank 40 Semi-Final). 

To claim a replacement ticket you must send your ticket, together with your name and address to; Ticket Office, Dept R2010, Lancashire County Cricket Club, Old Trafford, Manchester, M16 0PX within 28 days of the scheduled completion of the match.  If you have not received your replacement ticket within 28 days please contact 0161 282 4040 or email tickets@lccc.co.uk

LANCASHIRE HOME MATCHES - Friends Provident t20 Group Matches
If play is restricted to less than 10 overs because of adverse weather conditions and no result is obtained; then you will receive a refund to the face value only for the date on which the match is played.

To claim a refund, return the original ticket/s, together with your name and address to; Ticket Office, Dept R2010, Lancashire County Cricket Club, Old Trafford, Manchester M16 0PX within 28 days of the schedule completion of the match.  You will receive a refund, less £1.00 Administration charge per application within 28 days of your application arriving at the Ticket Office.

If Lancashire qualify for the Friends Provident t20 Quarter-Finals, details of any refund scheme will be announced seperately.
